IBM Product Recommendations and HCL Commerce
IBM Product Recommendations is an IBM Digital Analytics solution that you can subscribe to that automatically generates personalized product recommendations on the storefront. The recommendations are based on the browsing, shopping, and purchasing behavior of individual customers. If your site is integrated with IBM Digital Analytics, you can display recommendations from IBM Product Recommendations on your store pages.

If your store is already using the IBM Digital Analytics tags, this store function is likely already selected, but you can double-check the setting.

Procedure

Open the Store Management tool.
In the explorer view, click Stores.
Right-click the store in which you want to display e-Marketing Spots for dynamic recommendations. Then, click Open. The available store functions for the store are displayed in separate tabs beside the Store Properties tab.
Click the Analytics tab.
Select the Enable analytics integration check box, if it is not already selected.
This store function enables both the specialized e-Marketing Spots and the collection of analytics data from IBM Digital Analytics.
Click Save. Then, click Close.
