PAttributeModify URL
Modifies existing attributes (specifications) in the personalized dictionary.
URL structure
- http:// host_name/path/
- The fully qualified name of your WebSphere Commerce Server and the configuration path.
Parameter values
- attr_id
- Required: ID of the personalized dictionary.
- lang_id
- Required: Language ID.
- attrName
- Required: Name of the personalized attribute.
- attrDesc
- Optional: A description of the personalized attribute.
- attrType
- Required: The specified data type for the attribute. Valid data types are: String, Integer, Float, Datetime, Freeform and Bigint.
- sequence
- Required: Sequence number of attribute in online display of attributes.
- encryptFlag
- Required: Encryption is required or not for personalized attribute values. Allowable values: 0 = No, 1= Yes, default is 0.

The following example modifies the personalized attribute "Color".

- The parameter attr_id must be an integer.
- The parameter lang_id must be an integer.
- The parameter attrName must be provided.
- The parameter attrType must be provided.
