Overview of Conversation Designer Console

BigFix AEX is a Cognitive Virtual Assistant that is designed to respond to user queries. To perform its functions, it is integrated with various tools and applications. This console is part of the cognitive console dashboard. In the conversation designer console, the end user has the independence of creating and updating conversation flows to allow the respective team to know which type of conversation they are expecting when a particular use case is triggered on BigFix AEX. This console is brought into the spotlight to increase efficiency and accuracy and to decrease the manual workload of the team that generates these use cases or conversations on a word file.
