AEX Architectural Overview

The three key components of AEX’s Architecture as shown in the figure above are explained as follow:

Channel of Interaction

  • AEX can converse with users in the medium of their choice. The various mediums it supports currently are Web, Voice, Chat, Mobile Apps, and Humanoids.

Natural Language Processing (NLP)

  • AEX is NLP engine agnostic, meaning she can use any existing NLP engine to meet the needs of the enterprise. It uses NLP to interpret what the intent of the user is by breaking it down, comprehending the meaning, determining appropriate action, and responding to users.

Enterprise Integrations

  • AEX integrates with multiple enterprise systems and knowledge sources to ensure users can rely on AEX as a single source of information from disparate sources.
