Admin

The admin has access to all cognitive consoles in BigFix AEX. Admin can see four tabs i.e., “Desk”, “Agents”, “Settings”, and “Custom Messages”. Admin is part of the default desk. He/she updates in the default desk and the settings configured by the admin will automatically be reflected on all the desks. Similarly, the admin configures the custom messages for the agent that are reflected in the agent chat dashboard for the default desk.
