Changing your view of classified issues in a report

Changing your view of classified issues in a report helps you manage your issues more effectively by filtering out the issues you are not interested in so you can focus on just the issues you are currently working on.

Before you begin

Note:

The available views include new, open, reopened, in progress, fixed, noise, and passed. Each view has a number associated with it; this is the number of issues assigned that classification.

You can also filter your issues by date so you can focus on issues that were recently identified within a specific number of days from the current date. For example, you can choose to only see issues in a report that were found within the last 14 days. Your Product Administrator initially sets this value for you, but you can change it in your User Properties. When you review the report results, issues that have been found within the specified number of days will be marked with an asterisk beside the issue number in the Issue column (for example, 125*).
