Changing issue severity levels in a report

You can modify issue severity on an issue by issue basis within reports so you can change the predefined severity levels to comply with your organization's standards.

Procedure

  1. Find the report that contains the issues you want to change.
  2. Select the issues. The screen will refresh and the issues you have selected will be highlighted with a gray background.
  3. Select a new severity level from the Action field and click Apply. The screen will refresh with the new severity icon beside each selected issue.
    Note: If you do not see the changes you have just made in the results, make sure you have marked the issues to be shown in the results.
