Product Recommendation

This use case will recommend products based on existing user’s profile and preferences.

  1. To start with, on the webpage, click the chat icon and enter your query and say “I am looking for the credit card details”.
  2. The virtual assistant will use the incoming user’s contact number to decide whether the user is a new/existing customer.
  3. If the incoming user is an existing user and has not applied for any of the default credit cards, the virtual assistant will show the next best offers to nudge the user to take the next step i.e., to apply for any of the default credit cards as shown in the screenshot.
  4. If the user shows interest, the user profile is updated accordingly in Unica’s Journey.
  5. If the incoming user is an existing user and has applied and has activated one of the default credit cards, the virtual assistant will show the next best offers to nudge the user to take the next step i.e., to upgrade his/her credit card as shown in the screenshot.
  6. If the user shows interest in any of the upgraded offers, the user profile is updated accordingly in Unica’s Journey.
