Product Update Process

During the course of your license period, HCL Software ZAO Technical support may provide you with a package that contains an updated code-base to improve the stability and reliability of the product.

Please note – if you have an installation package, not an update package, please refer to Chapter 2 as the installation process will automatically handle an update of your existing ZAO V2.1.1 product using an installation-only package.
