Making the Z Abend Investigator HFZSCMDS command table available

Z Abend Investigator provides a sample command table as member HFZSCMDS in data set HFZ.SHFZTLIB. This command table provides definitions that are required in order to issue the SFA command, the LOOKC command, and the LOOKUP command. See:
