Processor

Normally, the amount of processor power is not the most significant factor in HCL Workload Automation for Z performance.

Of course, no matter what the power of the processor, if most of the processor is normally busy, then the processor can be the most critical resource for any application. In such a case, you can help HCL Workload Automation for Z get access to the processor resource by giving it higher dispatching priority. This might not be a serious impact on lower priority users, because in most cases, HCL Workload Automation for Z needs the processor frequently, but does not need it very much. The HCL Workload Automation for Z subsystems should have a priority just below that of the JES subsystem.
