Note: Dynamic Workload Console users belonging to the Administrator group can perform all operations available in the web-based user interface.
How to get help
A new contextual help has been created to better guide you through the Dynamic Workload Console interface and its fields.
Note: If you are using Microsoft Edge, the help tool is available only on version 44.19041 or later (Chromium-based versions).

To open and start using the help tool, you need to click on the question mark question mark on the top of the page.

The help opens on the left of the interface. If you want to expand it, you can drag the right margin, or select the detach icon detach icon to detach the help pane and view it in a separate window.

You can also change the font size of the topics by selecting the font size icon font size icon.

The home page shows the main topics related to the page you are navigating and three useful links that redirect you to the What’s new page, to our YouTube channel, or our Community page.

If you cannot find the information you are looking for in the main topics, you can enter a keyword in the search bar and find the information you need.

Once you performed a search, you can go back to previous searches by selecting the back icon back icon. Otherwise, by selecting the home icon home icon, you can go back to the home page to view again the main topics.

Leaving the help opened and moving from a field to another to configure them, the help automatically updates itself and shows you the information about the selected field.

On HCL Workload Automation
The HCL Workload Automation user credentials defined in the engine connection must belong to a HCL Workload Automation user authorized to perform event management operations in the HCL Workload Automation security file.

You need the create permission set for the rule object. You also need the use permission on the objects (job, job stream, and so on) that you want to use as events.

For more information about how to define and manage user authorizations in the security file, see HCL Workload Automation Administration.
