Temporary build audit files

By default, omake and clearmake generate temporary build audit files in the directory identified by the TMP environment variable.

You can set the CCASE_AUDIT_TMPDIR environment variable to relocate these files. If you do not set this variable, verify that TMP is set to a valid temporary storage directory on a FAT, NTFS, or LAN Manager file system.
