Verifying your SSL configuration

Follow this procedure to verify your SSL configuration.

Procedure

Start each of your HCL® EMM applications.
Log in to HCL EMM and access each of your installed HCL EMM web applications.
For Interact runtime servers only, test the connection using the URL https://host:port/interact/jsp/admin.jsp.
If you are using a self-signed certificate, point your browser to each of the HCL EMM server components and verify that the certificate information you receive is as expected.
For example, if the Campaign listener is running on port 4664 on a host named campaignHost, point your browser to https://campaignHost:4664
Your browser opens a window asking if you want to accept the certificate, and you can view certificate details.
