Configuration process roadmap: LDAP integration

Obtaining required information | Obtain information about your LDAP server, which is needed for integration with HCL Marketing Software. |
Group membership, mapping, and application access | If you are using group based synchronization, identify or create the groups in Marketing Platform to which you will map your LDAP groups. |
Storing directory server credentials in Marketing Platform | If your directory server does not allow anonymous access (the most common configuration), configure an HCL Marketing Software user account to hold a directory server administrator user name and password. |
