Configuring Unica Interact after deployment

After you deploy Unica Interact, you must configure the Unica Interact design time and runtime environments. Configuring the environments completes a basic installation of Unica Interact.

About this task

The Interact configuration properties on the Configuration page are used to complete important functions. If you want, you can adjust the Interact configuration properties.

Procedure

  1. Complete the following steps to configure the Interact runtime environment after you deploy Inteact:
    1. Configure Interact runtime environment properties
    2. Configure multiple Interact runtime servers
  2. Complete the following steps to configure the Interact design time environment after you deploy Interact:
    1. Configure the test run data source
    2. Add server groups
    3. Select a server group for interactive flowchart test run
    4. Configure the contact and response history module
  3. Optional: If you want to use the Unica reporting feature, you must install the Reports Package for Interact. For more information about Interact reports, see the Unica Reports Installation and Configuration Guide.
