For Interact runtime operation, you must configure data sources for every server group in the Interact runtime environment.

For Interact runtime operation, you must configure data sources for every server group in the Interact runtime environment.

About this task

You must configure the following configuration properties on the Configuration page for every server group:

Data source for the profile tables for the runtime environment
Data source for the runtime environment system tables
Data source for the test run tables
Data source for built-in learning tables
The data source properties are required only if you use built-in learning.
Data source of the contact and response history tables for cross-session response tracking
The data source properties are required only if you use cross-session response tracking.
Audience levels for the profile
The audience level configuration properties must match the audience levels that you define for Campaign. However, you must configure the audience levels that are used in interactive flowcharts only. Set the Audience Levels configuration property in the Interact > profile category.
