Installing Collaborate components

For best performance, install Collaborate on its own machine where no other HCL Unica products are installed.

The following table describes the components that you can select when you install Collaborate:

Following two-columned table contains installation component name in one column and description in second column.
Component Description
J2EE Application The J2EE application, which runs Lists, On-demand Campaigns, and Corporate Campaigns. For best performance, HCL recommends that you install this application on a dedicated system.
Developer toolkits The Collaborate developer toolkits, which provide the Collaborate APIs.
Insights Reports Collaborate supports multiple Insights reports.
