Contents of the Mailing Execution History report

The Mailing Execution History report provides details that are related to various important mailing execution metrics. If you access the report from the Deliver Analytics page, the results provide comparisons to previous runs of the same mailing.

The Mailing Execution History report provides results for test mailing runs and for production runs. The report also provides results for mailings that are run as A/B tests.

Column Description
Start Date/Time The date and time the mailing execution started. This column is the only column on which you can sort.
Finish Date/Time The date and time the mailing execution stopped.
Mailing Type How you executed the mailing. Can be either as a production mailing or as a test mailing.
Status

The state of the mailing when you ran the report.

  • Complete
  • Paused
  • Aborted

For a mailing that is running as an A/B test, this column displays one of the following to indicate the status of the test.

  • Tests Running
  • Test Complete
Duration The length of time it took the execution to run.
Was Paused? Whether the mailing execution was paused or not.
Recipient List The name of the recipient list that is referenced by this mailing.
Document Name The name of the Deliver document that is referenced by this mailing.
Logging and Tracking Level The level of detail that is recorded by logs and link tracking, as specified in the mailing configuration.
Outbound Rate Limit The maximum number of messages per hour the mailing is configured to send.
Track Links Duration The length of time to track links in any email that is sent in this mailing instance.
Executed by The name of the HCL Unica user who started the mailing.
Recipient List Size The number of message recipients that are targeted by the mailing.
Number Sent The number of messages that are sent during the mailing, including a percentage of the total messages.
% Sent The number of messages that were sent compared to the Production Count, expressed as a percentage of the Production Count.
Number Failed The number of messages that Deliver did not send.
% Failed The number of messages that Deliver did not send compared to the Production Count, expressed as a percentage of the Production Count.
Average Messages Per Hour The average number of email messages that are sent per hour.
