Deliver Reports Processing Overview report
The Deliver Reports Processing Overview describes the status and previous results for batch processing contact and response data that is generated by email marketing campaigns. The system processes the latest contact and response data with scheduled database stored procedures. The report identifies individual processing runs, number of records that were processed, and run completion time.
Run the Deliver Reports Processing Overview to determine whether the latest contact and response data is available for use by other Deliver reports.
The following table lists the processing results that are available in the report. The table contains the totals for each run.
Column | Description |

From Date To Date |
Select the reports data processing runs that you want to review. The report contains results for runs that were started between the From Date and To Date. |
Run ID |
The identifier that is assigned to the batch when the stored procedures run. The stored procedures must be configured to define a unique ID for each run. |
Container Type |
Identifies the type of contact and response data. Email contact and responses. SMS contact and responses (if SMS messaging is configured for your hosted messaging account.) |
Status |
The status of the reports data processing. The status listing indicates whether errors occur during the processing run. |
Completed |
Number of records that the system processed during the run. |
Processing |
The number of records to be processed. |
Failed |
The number of records that were not processed. |
Elapsed Time |
The time that is required to process the contact and response data. |
Start Date |
The time the stored procedures began the processing run. |
Finish Date |
The time the stored procedures completed the processing run. |
Right-click commands for columns and cells are not supported in this report.
