Contents of the A/B Testing Performance Report

The A/B Testing Performance Report provides results for each split and for the winning version of the email. The report lists the campaign, mailing instance, and date for the A/B test. It also lists the criteria that are used to determine the winning version of the email.

Contents of the A/B Testing Performance Report

Column Description
Test Name The name of the test split.
Document Name of the document that was selected for the test split.
Winning Test Indicates the winning split. (Yes or No)
Sent Number of email messages that were sent for each split.
Received Number of email messages that were received from each split.
Unique Views Number of individual recipients who opened the email. The system counts only one message view by each recipient. If an individual recipient opens the email several times, the system does not count any of the views by that individual after the first view.
Unique Clicks Number of individual recipients who clicked at least one link in the email. The system counts only the first link click by each individual. Subsequent clicks in the email are not counted in the evaluation results.
Unique Complaints Number of different recipients who reported the email as spam or asked to unsubscribe.
Score A relative numerical score that is assigned by the system to indicate how effectively the test splits satisfy the evaluation criterion that is used to determine the test winner. The winning email version always scores 100.
