Browser requirements

Unica Deliver supports Chrome, Edge, Internet Explorer, and Safari. For more details, see the Recommended Software Environments and Minimum System Requirements Guide.

Depending on the version of Internet Explorer that you use to access Campaign, you might need to run the browser in compatibility mode. For details about how to configure compatibility mode, see the following Microsoft support page: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/956197.

Important: For best results when viewing the Message Editor, configure Internet Explorer to check for new versions of the page to "Every time I visit the Webpage". Perform the following steps to configure Internet options.
  1. Navigate to Internet Options->Settings->Website Data Settings.
  2. Under Check for new versions of the page list, select Every time I visit the webpage.
