Installation steps for Unica Insights

Unica Insights, version 12.1.0.3 supports OneDB reports for Unica Campaign, Unica Deiver, and Unica Interact products.

Run following command before initializing the Deliver and Interact databases.
Set environment the DB_LOCALE and GL_USEGLS = 1
