Generate a list of proposed contacts
The optimization process involves generating a list of proposed contacts in HCL® Campaign and sending these contacts to HCL Contact Optimization to produce optimized contacts.

About this task

The PCT gives Contact Optimization access to the list of contacts and offers in Campaign.

Note: Test runs of the flowchart or branch that contains an Optimize process do not populate the PCT.
