HCL Contact Optimize Installation Guide

You must run the HCL® Marketing Software installer to start the installation of Contact Optimization. The HCL Marketing Software installer starts the Contact Optimization installer during the installation process. Make sure that the HCL Marketing Software installer and the product installer are saved at the same location.
Installing Contact Optimization by using the GUI mode
For Windows™, use the GUI mode to install Contact Optimization. For UNIX™, use the X Window System mode to install Contact Optimization.
Contact Optimization and EAR and WAR files
Contact Optimization does not have EAR and WAR files. Contact Optimization does not have a stand-alone web application.

All the Contact Optimization GUI elements are included with the Campaign web application. During installation, Contact Optimization must register with Marketing Platform to enable all Contact Optimization features in Campaign.
