How to interpret the offer display list
Problem or error: What is the meaning of the different displays of associated offers in the user interface?
Solution: Offers associated with a campaign are displayed as follows.
- grayed out - The offer is associated with the campaign but not used.
- bold - The offer is used in a contact process in the campaign.
- * (asterisk) - The offer was defined using the Add/remove offer link on the campaign Summary page. An offer without the asterisk was used in a contact process but was not added on the campaign Summary page.
