Upgrade considerations for IBM eMessage

To upgrade to the latest version of IBM eMessage, you must upgrade Unica Campaign to the same version.

You can upgrade to Unica Campaign and IBM eMessage 11.1 from version 8.6.x and above.

To upgrade from version 8.6.x and above, complete the following steps:

Upgrade to version 10.0 by following the instructions in the Unica Campaign 10.0 Upgrade Guide.
Upgrade to version 10.1 by following the instructions in the Unica Campaign 10.1 Upgrade Guide.
Upgrade to version 11.0.1 by following the instructions Unica Campaign 11.0.1 Upgrade Guide.
Upgrade to version 11.1 by following the instructions in Unica Campaign 11.1 Upgrade Guide.
