Configuring the COM plugin with the Content Integration node

You must configure the COM plugin within the Content Integration node.

About this task

To perform the configuration, complete the following steps:

Procedure

  1. Ensure that the COM node for Content Integration is configured. For more information, see the "offer | partitions | partition<n> | Content Integration" topic in Unica Centralized Offer Management Administrator Guide.
  2. Select COM and select Edit settings.
  3. Provide values for the following fields:
    1. Default user for credential: Offers will be created using this user account. For example, autoSyncUser.
    2. Additional parameter: Provide folder details and policy details here. For example:
      folderId: 4
      policyId: 2
      Note:
      • For Default user for credential, provide credentials of a user who has privileges to create, modify, and delete content in DX .
      • For Additional parameters, if you do not provide a folder ID, the offer is created under All offers folder.
      • For Additional parameters, if you do not provide a policy ID, the policy assigned to the user will be assigned as the policy of the offer. If the user has multiple policies assigned, Autosync will fail. If there is a mismatch in the policy ID and the user policies, Autosync will fail.
  4. Navigate to HTTPS Gateway and provide value for the Base URL field. The value should be the URL of offer deployment.
  5. Navigate to REST and for the Authentication type field, provide the value Unica Token.
