Granting the asm_admin user access to Unica Centralized Offer Management
The default admin user (asm_admin)
can access the Unica Centralized Offer Management configuration
properties automatically. However, there are no default users with
access to the Unica Centralized Offer Management application
until you configure them.

Complete the following steps to grant the asm_admin user
access to Unica Centralized Offer Management:
Procedure
- Create a group. For example, select Settings > User groups > New Group and set up Default-Offers-Group.
- Assign the OfferAdmin and OfferUser roles to the group.
- Assign the asm_admin user to the group.
- Restart the application server.
- Log back in as asm_admin.
- Verify that you have access to Unica Centralized Offer Management features by selecting Offer > Offers.
