Installation order for Unica products

When you install or upgrade multiple Unica products, you must install them in a specific order.

The following table provides information about the order that you must follow when you install or upgrade multiple Unica products.

  1. Unica Platform
  2. Unica Campaign
  3. Unica Centralized Offer Management
Note: Since Unica Centralized Offer Management requires Unica Campaign database, you must also install Unica Campaign. Install Unica Campaign after installing Unica Platform.
