Upgrading Sametime clients

Use the information in this section to help users upgrade their IBM® Sametime® 8.5.2.x and 9.0 Connect clients to the new release.

About this task

You can upgrade both the stand-alone Sametime Connect Client and the client that is embedded in IBM Notes®. It is not necessary to uninstall existing client software before upgrading the Sametime Connect Client; you can install the new client directly over the existing version.
