These are the key Webchat client features introduced in Version 12.

User interface redesigned
Click to call: Connect directly with a contact or group by clicking the call icon in the top right of the chat window. When placing a call, a new browser tab opens with a new meeting. Those called receive a join message and are placed into the meeting when they join the call.
