This problem occurs when Rational® Functional Tester IDE or the playback or recorder processes are started.

The system displays an exception.

Verify that the *.rftcust file is present in C:\ProgramData\HCL\RFT\customization, and verify that the rolesMap section is present. Verify that the roleMap node is correct in XML data.
