Configuration of Atlassian Jira as a change management system

You can use Atlassian Jira as a change management system in HCL OneTest Server to create issues in the Jira project for the tests that ran in HCL OneTest Server. Links to the Jira issues are displayed on the Results page in HCL OneTest Server, and you can then view and track the Jira issues in Jira.

Supported installations

The following types of Jira Software installations are supported that can be configured as a change management system on HCL OneTest Server:
  • On-premise Jira Software installations.
  • On-cloud Jira Software installations.
