Modifying Rational® Test Control Panel security model settings after installation

This section explains how to modify HCL® Quality Server security model settings after installation.

About this task

Before installing HCL® Quality Server, it is a good idea to consider whether and how HCL® Quality Server users will be authenticated during login (for information about this, refer to Installation considerations for HCL Quality Server).

However, before and during installation of HCL® Quality Server, you may be unsure of security model requirements, or you may have insufficient information to enable you to configure (fully) your chosen security model option.

After installation, HCL® Quality Server provides administrators with the means to modify HCL® Quality Server security settings without having to reinstall the software.
