CDR_RMSCALEFACT Environment Variable
Sets the number of data sync threads started for each CPU VP.

The CDR_RMSCALEFACT environment variable sets the number
of data sync threads started for each CPU VP. Specifying a large number
of threads can result in wasted resources. Use the CDR_ENV configuration
parameter to set this environment variable. For more information,
see CDR_ENV Configuration Parameter.
Important: Do not use the CDR_RMSCALEFACT
environment variable unless instructed to do so by Support.
