Calendar improvements

Notes 12.0.1 provides the following Calendar capabilities:

Online meeting integration

Users are now able to register accounts from outside meeting services, such as GoToMeeting, Teams, WebEx, Zoom, and Sametime. By registering an account, users can generate a dynamic link to meetings on these services from their HCL Notes’ Calendar.

Note: This feature requires you to replace the design of your mail file with the mail12.ntf template provided with R12.0.1.
An administrator can control which meeting services are available to be used for these online meetings. For more information, see Controlling the dynamic online meeting services that are visible in the Domino documentation.
Note: Delegation is not supported with this feature in 12.0.1.
