Quick contacts

Use the Quick Contacts option to quickly add contacts with just the most commonly used information to your mail contacts list or personal address book. This features requires the IBM® Notes® 10 personal address book template (pernames.ntf) and Notes® 10 mail template. (mail10.ntf)

To quickly add a contact to your mail contacts:
  1. From your mail, click the menu options next to your name and select Switch to Mail Contacts.
  2. Click New > Quick Contact. Or right-click an existing contact and click Quick Contact.
To quickly add a contact to your personal address book:
  1. From your mail, click Open > Contacts.
  2. Click New > Quick Contact > . Or right-click an existing contact and click Quick Contact.

Quick Contact form:
Quick Contact form shows fewer fields than the standard Contact form.
