Provides an interface for maintaining a reference to database data received from the server, for use by the implementor of a value object. For details, see Value objects and connection events.

This class provides the following methods.


Method	Description
virtual unsigned long AddRef()	Increment reference count.
virtual unsigned long Release()	Decrement reference count.
