Mirroring the root dbspace during initialization

Mirroring the root dbspace during initialization

You can specify a mirror path name and offset for the root chunk. The database server creates the mirror chunk when the server is initialized.

To specify the root mirror path name and offset, set the values of MIRRORPATH and MIRROROFFSET in the onconfig file before you initialize the database instance.
