Allowing users to select view documents on the Web
About this task
When you are deciding how to display a view on the Web, you have several options. You can display it as a view applet, render the view in HTML, or embed the view on a page or form. You can also allow users to select documents in a view and then program action buttons to process the selected documents.
Procedure
- Open a view in Domino® Designer.
- Select Design - View properties and click the Advanced tab.
- Select the option "For Web Access: Allow selection of documents."
- Save the view.
- To see how the view displays on the Web, choose Design
- Preview in Web browser and select a Web browser from the list.
The view displays with a check box to the left of each document.
