You can hide a sheet and show a hidden sheet in a spreadsheet.
Procedure
- To hide a sheet, do the following steps:
- Click the tab for the sheet that you want to hide.
- Right-click the sheet name, and select Hide.
The sheet is hidden.
Note: If a sheet is the only one that
is visible in the spreadsheet, you cannot hide it.
- To show a hidden sheet, do the following steps:
- Click .
- Select the name of the hidden sheet that you want to
show. The hidden sheet is displayed.
Note: You can open the .ods, .xls,
or .xlsx files which have a hidden sheet. The
hidden sheet is not displayed, but you can save your change for the
hidden attribute of a sheet in these files.
