  • Documents editor: 600 pages, 768 KB of text, 30 MB
  • Spreadsheets editor: 30,000 rows and 1024 columns per sheet, 1,000,000 cells and 100,000 formulas, 20 MB
    Note:
    • When copying and pasting data within IBM Docs, you can only copy a maximum of 10,000 cells. When pasting data, if the target range has more than 100,000 cells, or if the range contains 40,000 cells that have formulas, pasting will fail.
    • When copying data from outside IBM Docs, data that does not exceed 30,000 rows and 1024 columns can be pasted into spreadsheets. The data outside this area will be lost when pasting to spreadsheets.
    • When importing a .txt or .csv file, the size limitation is 5 MB.
  • Presentations editor: 150 slides, 3000 objects such as placeholders, text boxes, shapes, and images (including OLE objects that are converted to images), 50 MB 
  • Viewer:
    • Document files:600 pages, 768 KB of text, 30 MB

Maximum number of co-editors The maximum number of co-editors in a co-editing session is 20. You can share a file with as many editors as you want, but only 20 editors can co-edit the file at the same time.
