Editing the web application configuration

When you want to add more designs of the configured application, delete the uploaded designs, or want to edit the details of the application, you can do so in the Edit web application window.

Before you begin

You must have completed the following tasks:

Procedure

  1. Go to the UI Test perspective.
  2. Click the Application Configuration icon in the toolbar.

    The Application Configuration page is displayed. The page displays the list of all applications that you have configured in Test UI.

  3. Click the Edit icon which is inline with the name of the application.
    The Edit web application window is displayed.
  4. You can perform the following actions:
    If you want to... Do this...
    Edit the details of the web application in the Details tab Modify the following details of the web application as required:
    • URL: Planned or actual URL of the web application for which you are uploading the designs.
    • Name: Name of the web application.
    • Version: Version number of the web application.
    • Description: Information about the web application.
    Add more designs Perform the following actions:
    1. Click the Design tab.
    2. Click + Add Design to upload more designs.
    3. Select the .jpeg, .jpg, or .png files, and then click Open.
    Delete uploaded designs Perform the following actions:
    1. Click the Design tab.
    2. Hover over an image and click the delete icon to delete the design.
  5. Click Save to save the changes.
    The design editor displays the change in designs.

Results

You have edited the web application details.
