Error getting application information

While opening the application configuration tool, the configuration details could not be found.

The configuration tool is not displayed.

Verify that the Test UI configuration file is present inC:\ProgramData\HCL\DTUI\configuration.
Verify that the configuration directory is present in HOTUI_INSTALL_DIR. If the installation directory path is incorrect, correct it.
