Error reading the configuration file

Record or playback stops with an exception. Playback stops and an error box is displayed. Recorder stops with a message written to the log and trace file.

Verify that the HCL DevOps Test UI (Test UI) configuration file is present in C:\ProgramData\HCL\DTUI\configuration and in the Test UI installation directory.
