Troubleshooting: WebSphere® Portal

You can use workarounds to problems that you might encounter when you use IBM® WebSphere® Portal products with HCL DevOps Test Integrations and APIs (Test Integrations and APIs).

Problem Description Solution
Browse Service Registry window does not display search results By using the Browse Service Registry window of Test Integrations and APIs, you can search for and select the WSDL documents that you want to import into your Test Integrations and APIs project. But, no search results are returned or the web service associated with the WSDL document to import is not displayed. Try the following steps:
  1. Change or reset any search parameters that you selected in the Browse Service Registry window and run another search.
  2. Open the physical connection of Test Integrations and APIs to the WebSphere® Service Registry and Repository server instance and click Test connection to verify that the connection works.
  3. Log into the WebSphere® Service Registry and Repository server instance and verify that the WSDL document that you are seeking exists.

If the WSDL document that you are seeking is still not displayed in the Browse Service Registry window, contact the administrator of the WebSphere® Service Registry and Repository server instance for assistance.
