In this topic, you will create an Eclipse workspace for your ClearCase tutorial view (which you will create later). Create a separate Eclipse workspace for each ClearCase view.

Procedure

To create a workspace if Eclipse is running:
1. Click File > Switch Workspace.
2. Type the workspace directory path and yourname_tut_ws in the Workspace field and click OK.
  
  Eclipse exits and restarts with the new workspace.
To create a workspace if Eclipse is not running:
1. Start Eclipse.
2. In the Workspace Launcher, create a new workspace named yourname_tut_ws.

Results

You have now created an Eclipse workspace for your ClearCase view.
