  Accessibility features assist users who have a disability, such as restricted mobility or limited vision, to use information technology content successfully.
- Overview
  HCL Connections™ is a collaborative tool that makes it easy to connect with others and exchange ideas. Start sharing important information, building a network of useful contacts, and following people that interest you.
- Home page
  Use the home page as a command center to scan and manage items that need your attention. You can view your most recent project updates, check in on the people you follow, and review your action items all from one place.
- Profiles
  Use profiles to connect with others, showcase your skills, and find the people you need.
- Activities
  Use activities to keep a team informed, collect and share project resources, or to assign and track tasks.
- Files
  Using the Files app, you can upload, organize, share and collaborate on files easily. Files can be shared, tagged, organized in folders, and accessed from other applications, such as Activities and Communities.
- Communities
  Get together with people who share your interests.
- Blogs
  Use blogs to share your announcements, updates, and opinions with others.
- Forums
  Share information, brainstorm ideas, ask and answer questions, and discuss topics of mutual interest in a forum.
  - Finding and participating in forums
    Browse the forums in your organization to search for solutions to problems or to share your expertise with others.
    - Adding forum topics
      Start a discussion with people in your organization by creating a forum topic. Anyone who can access Forums can view the new topic.
    - Posting questions and answers to a forum
      Using a forum to ask and answer questions is a great way to share expertise and provide answers to frequently asked questions.
    - Responding to forum topics
      Join in a discussion by responding to forum topics that interest you.
    - Editing, moving, or deleting forum content
      Edit, move, or delete forum topics, and mark topic content as inappropriate.
    - Following forums and forum topics
      Follow a forum when you want to receive notifications about the latest updates to the forum. If you are interested in a particular forum thread, you can also follow forum content at topic level.
    - Flagging forum content as inappropriate
      If a forum contains content that might be considered inappropriate, flag the content to alert the forum moderator. Any Forums user can flag forum content as inappropriate.
  - Creating and managing forums
    When you are the Forums administrator or a forum owner, you can edit, delete, and lock or unlock a forum. In addition, you can pin forum topics so that they appear first in a forum.
- Wikis
  Tap the wisdom of the crowd by building a body of knowledge in a wiki. Everyone on your team can make a contribution.
- Bookmarks
  Use Bookmarks to collect and organize shortcuts to websites.

Editing, moving, or deleting forum content

Edit, move, or delete forum topics, and mark topic content as inappropriate.

Before you begin

Only forum owners and topic authors can edit, move, and delete forum topics. The Forums administrator can work with all content in the Forums application.

Procedure

To edit a topic, click Edit and update the content.
To delete a topic, open the topic, click Delete, and confirm the deletion.
To delete a response, open the topic, click Delete, and confirm the deletion. You can optionally enter a reason for deleting the response. When the response is deleted, the reason is displayed in the response placeholder.
To move a forum topic, either to a forum in the same community or between two stand-alone forums you own, click Move and choose the forum where you want it moved.
