Use contacts from Connections, Notes®, or Outlook contacts
In Connections Mail, you can send mail to contacts from your Connections network, as well as your Notes® or Outlook contacts list.

  - Email is more interactive
    In Connections Mail, you can interact with applications such as Files, from within some emails.
  - Attach or share files
    When you send and receive files in Connections Mail, you can use traditional attachments, or you can use Files to share the files and include links to them in your emails. Sharing through Connections saves space and makes sharing and collaborating easier.
  - Use contacts from Connections, Notes®, or Outlook contacts
    In Connections Mail, you can send mail to contacts from your Connections network, as well as your Notes® or Outlook contacts list.

Use contacts from Connections, Notes®, or Outlook contacts

In Connections Mail, you can send mail to contacts from your Connections network, as well as your Notes® or Outlook contacts list.

Start typing a name or email address in the To, Cc, or Bcc field of an email. A list appears with relevant contacts from your Connections network and Notes® or Outlook contacts.
Select the correct contact.
